On a Smartalock system that does not use a direct Ethernet cable between the Kiosk and Controller it maybe occasionally necessary to rejoin the Kiosk iPad to the Controllers WIFI network. This can happen if client WIFI equipment and networks overlap or interfere with the Smartalock WIFI network that runs between the Kiosk iPad and the Controller stored in the locker toe kick space. To rejoin the Controller WIFI is simple - follow the attached guide, replacing the WIFI name to rejoin with the name of the locker bank affected.
