There is an outage at our NZ colo facility at present from approximately 12:17pm NZDT. We are investigating the issue and will update when more information is available regarding resolution time.
The issue appears to be caused by high latency in our NZ gateway. As a temporary work around AU customers can access the same end user web portal at https://my.floorsense.com.au and login with same credentials.
NZ customers will need to use manual override for App operation. Existing swipe card operation for existing locker reservations should work.
AU customers that cannot access the end user or admin portal we should be resolved shortly
