We are investigating poor Floorsense app performance for customers in New Zealand. Symptoms of the problem include
1) App takes a long time to refresh floorplan or gets spinning wheel when navigating to floorplan view
2) Once connected on the web interface "my.smartalock.com" or "my.floorsense.com.au" the system returns "The selected Smartalock site is currently offline. Please try again later".
The issue appears to be caused by latency in our NZ gateway. As a temporary work around customers can access the same end user web portal at https://my.floorsense.com.au and login with same credentials. The service is exactly the same.
