All Floorsense/Floorsight system include a 24 Month Warranty as standard. There is an additional Enhanced support warranty available (at additional cost) which provides time definite SLAs around response and service restoration times.

Both the Standard and Enhanced warranty can be extended upto 5 years.

The customer is typically responsible for any infrastructure provided by them - for example Internet access, SSO operation and internal LAN connectivity between Floorsense controllers and other parts of the Floorsense system - this is depicted visually in the Service Responsibility Diagram attached as well.
