Collection, processing and passing on of personal data
In principle you can visit our website without leaving any personal data. Personal data is only collected if you give it voluntarily, e.g.:

- When you want to link your smartphone to a lockerbank or desk controller
- If you elect to allow us to backup your Smartalock/Floorsense controller database
- If you elect to enable statistics gathering on your Floorsense master controller
When you create a my.Smartalock.com account for using with these respective web applications, respectively we will capture personal data.
If you elect to enable backup and analytics services for your Smartalock/Floorsense Master controller, we will potentially capture personal data
Consent and use of data only for the purpose stated
When entering personal or business-related data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses, Card serial numebrs, enabling logging etc), the disclosure of the data takes place on a completely voluntary basis. By entering the data you give your consent to the collection, processing and use of the same for purposes of providing a smartphone connection to a locker bank or desk, to establishing contact, to respond to support tickets. A collection, processing and use for any other purposes does not take place. This consent can be revoked with effect for the future at any time.
A passing on of your data will not take place unless you explicitly wish so.
Anonymous collection of data on our website
Your browser transmits information which is automatically collected and saved in the server log files of Agile Workspace Limited. This is e.g.
type/version of the browser used operating system
referrer URL (the previously visited website)
host name of the accessing computer (IP address) time of the server request
This data is not associated by the Agile Workspace Limited servers with specific persons. A merging of this data with other data sources is not carried out, the data will be deleted after a statistical analysis.

Our websites uses called cookies in several places. They help make our service more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files which are put on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies used by us are “session cookies" which will be deleted after your visit. Cookies do not cause any damage on your computer and do not contain any viruses.

You are entitled to request information as to which data is stored concerning your person, its origin, its recipients as well as the purpose of the storage.

Security
Agile Workspace Limited has sophisticated technical and organizational measures in place to protect the data provided to us against accidental or premeditated manipulation, loss, destruction and access by unauthorized persons.
Smartalock/Floorsense Master controller database backups are encrypted and the decryption key is not stored with the backups
Smartalock/Floorsense Analytics (Statistics) collects anonymous usage data about desk and locker use, such as number of free desks/lockers and the number of occupation events associated with a desk, and the number of open events per locker. End user names and details are not transmitted to the analytics service.
Newsletter Subscription
Our newsletters can be unsubscribed at any time. There is a link at the end of each newsletter (footer) which points to our website. Users can unsubscribe from all newsletters. Alternatively they can manage their newsletter data, for
e.g. change the E-Mail address.
